Can you help me identify this (possibly) fractal?

Hello, this is my first post here

I was playing with complex number fractals and wrote a program to draw this graphic (attached). I don't want to share the algorithm just yet, but have any of you seen something like this? Perhaps I discovered a new kind of fractal, in that case I will invest more time for it to define it. The algorithm is quite unconventional as far as I know

it looks like an insideout power 3 mandelbrot but without knowing the input parameters or the math behind it it could be any number of currently known fractals, the only way to be sure is to compare your formula with other known fractals and let a few of the larger math brains play with it ;) it does look interesting  :thumbs:

You should be able to tell pretty easily if you zoom into an area and see if it keeps repeating at all magnifications.

It looks to me like some escape time fractal involving entire functions, as there seem to be inside regions which extend to infinity. From the L-R symmetry I'd guess and even function like cos(z) is involved.

I have no doubt it is new, as you can type in some random formula and have a good chance (probablity 1) of producing a fractal no-one has seen before.

I think you'll get more meaningful comments if you post the algorithm.

On the other hand, it is a fun idea to post some fractal image and see if people can guess the formula/algorithm.
