Stephen Hawking finished this work in a week before his death.
The theory will be even more important, than black hole radiation. Can't wait for the public release.

hmhmhm..

produce an infinite fractal-like multiverse, but is finite and reasonably smooth."

I'm still confident that -even if not infinite, just like every other fractal in nature - the universe is overall a fractal structured.
and that this is a crucial point still missing in cosmology.

Agree, & agree again with the notion that the Universe is fractal in nature!
Of course, that's from a non-scientist, fractal-holic so my opinion may not exactly the same as peer review from a cosmologist  ;)
