I've been trying to make another video with Kalles Fraktaler, the rendering process has gone alright but stitching the avi files proves to be difficult for some reason. Before, when I hadn't upgraded my OS to windows 10 it all worked but since upgrading I haven't been able to. I've tried multiple different movie maker softwares to stitch them but so far all of them gave the same effect where transitions between the individual files are distorted. The avi files (37 of them), are about 3,86 gb, 1080p 60fps. I've got k-lite's codec pack installed, so far I've used VSDC, windows MM, nero vision and a few others.

Any idea what the issue could be?

all avis have same dimensions? 1080p@60fps this should work
if the names don't allow * to get the order you want you can just put all of the names, separated by a space, instead of *.avi

install mencoder
cd to folder with avi files

Code: [Select]
mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -idx -o merged.avi *.avi

done.
