Just a little note to say Hi. I was a member of the old fractal forum but had been away for quite a while. I decided to have a look in yesterday to find it had closed down-gutted! Thankfully there is this new version. Which is great because I couldn't find any other fractal forum on Google!
Anyway I'm Larry and I live in the north east of England, tho I'm originally from the Midlands.
I don't know a great deal about fractals and how they work, a lot of it goes over my head, tho I have a basic understanding of chaos theory and such, and I have been fascinated since I discovered the world of the M-set years ago when I would write fractal programs on my old Commodore 64 computer!
Ah those were the days. I'd set a fractal render going, go to work, come back and it might be finished...
Ah how things have changed...

Thanks. Things took off when I got an Atari ST. Lots of cool fractal stuff with that including a Russian one called Kraska. Anyone remember it?

Welcome back!

Nice avatar picture. But given the nickname, shouldn't it be wearing a monocle? :)
