(Question) Rotate a bulb with keyframes animation

I have the latest MDBB2 without OCL. I would like to rotate a bulb 360degrees on the horizontal plane. Would it be best to use camera to rotate around object or rotate the object? I need a smooth animation.

I can answer my own question. I rotated the camera 12 keyframes using 30 frames per keyframe. This gives 360 which is probably the number of degrees. I used the 'yaw' either Left or Right, it doesn't matter which way you go because it's reversible in Gimp.
I used 'rotate around target' and 'straight rotation' from the drop-down menus.

I'm now rendering 360 frames which will take about 14 hours. That's because I'm using the last MDBB without openCL because I want to use custom materials.
