Mandelbulber 2.2.16 OpenCL

Since 2.2.14, I had issues with compiling with OpenCL, but since 2.2.16 everything is sweet again ;)
The 2.2.16 release on the brink of 2018/2019, is i.m.h.o. the best v2 release as yet for OpenCL, as rendering detail quality seems to get really close to non OpenCL. 

Tested nvidia and amd GPU on Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18.04 with Qt 5.9.5 libs.
