Hello, I am working on a VR experience with 3d fractal animations. This is a great feature, my only problem is that the images have a line where they meet. This appears, even when rendering as separate images. I tried over/ under and left/ right as well as separate images (left/right). I included a frame from the animation. You would likely have to zoom in and look at the side edge or view this in VR to see the detail. I didn't notice until I started viewing it in VR.
Does anyone know how to avoid this line? thanks for any tips. Thank you and Fractal on!

Do you use SSAO (Screen Space Ambient Occlusion effect)? This effect shoudn't be used for VR images/animation because is not seamless. You can you Fast or Multi Ray AO instead.

It might be possible to make a seamless version of SSAO. Feature request / bug fix for the future..

:)) thank you so much! you solved my problem. after spending hours troubleshooting (and days rendering) I finally asked for direction and within minutes got back on track! I am so thankful. Tomorrow is my big showcase at the fine art gallery I help manage, so this advice came just in time to get a back on track (with the sculpture, music and interactive aspects of my show) and not waste more time troubleshooting the VR experience. I really appreciate the good work your doing here and saving me at the last minute!  best wishes ∞Ω∞ :peace:

seamless SSAO would be much appreciated since it looks much better than the other options (best blend of light and shadow).  for now I am happy to have the line disappear.  many thanks for all the work on this project and contributing to exfoliating the Great Mystery from the cosmos! ∞Ω∞
