Here is an example about quality of Mesh export function in Mandelbulber. As you there are no artifacts caused by aliasing. It is showed in Meshlab program without any cleaning up or other processing.
Mandelbulber doesn't use binary data to mesh calculation algorithm, but estimated distance in every point of slice. It makes surfaces very smooth without visible aliasing.

Is there ANY methods anyway could advise me of to eliminate these "artifacts" please?
I've started experimenting with the Taubin Smooth parameters but I think that's a none starter as it seems to blur everything, and I need a really clean crisp mesh like what I see in the Main and Navigator Viewport if possible.

Failing that, are there any other suggestions anyone has to enable to to export pieces of Fractals from this or other Programs cleanly?
Hi, this is a known bug (which has to do with the way how MB3D calculates the meshes) and I was sometimes thinking about fixing it, but never found the time. There was also not much interest in this kind of stuff.

You will find no way to really circumvent the problem in MB3D, I suggest to use Mandelbulber as long as the issue is not fixed.
