I have 3 PC's available:

HP 4-Core Gaming laptop, HP 4-Core PC, HP All-in-one Touch PC and a Standard Virgin Cable Wifi Router

Is it possible to link these 3 PC's in a local renderfarm to render Mandelbulb3D images and animations , preferably over Wifi ?

What you could do is set up the animation on one PC.  Create the M3a file to pick up and end at 4 different points.  That is, create separate 4 M3a files identical except for where to start rendering.  You can delete away the key-frames not intended for the the other machines.
Of course, this is not a render farm in the best sense.  But it is a way to utilize the hardware at hand avoiding the probably insurmountable challenge of running as a single machine.
You will use all the CPU available to you, cutting the overall render time.  Just not elegantly.
I hope you get a better solution than the above.  Good luck in your quest!

Hey TaoJoe,

thanks - I haven't really made any animations - but your suggestion is very clever  - it would speed up renders 3x I think - as long as the frames took an equal amount of time - but it's not really what i'm looking for.......

I'm after a solution that makes best use of 3x CPU's and all that available RAM etc. - thats maybe wishful thinking !

Yeah, I pretty sure Mandelbulb3D can't run a single instance across disparate CPUs.  Threads & cores in one machine - absolutely yes.  If you have the know-how to launch a (single) virtual machine cobbled together from your hardware - you have a shot.
Keep us posted about your successes. And links to animations too :)
