So Lately I've been trying my best to create my first Mandlebrot video however I’ve ran into Problem after Problem, I'm on my final Problem until I make it work however I just can’t seem to get past it.

The Problem is when I render the keyframes as Jpgs they render and come out great however when I put the files into KeyFramesMovie and render it into a video format the video doesn’t render correctly, The Spirals are the main problem however there are more rendering problems, I saw a video from someone who had the same problem and the Kalles creator told him to add more Iterations, so I also tried this and got it working Once and now I can’t seem to make it work again, I've tried the original Kalles Fraktaler 2 and the Claude Heiland Allen version and none seen to fix it, I've set my Iterations to 9000 and my extra references to the same.
How do I fix this? is it a problem with the Series Approximation skipping in the Iterations tab?

The attachments shows the problem.

As you can see the bottom version has the black spiral not render with the colors like the first version.

This indeed looks like a problem of too-low iterations.  The trouble is that when rendering a zoom out video KF automatically adjusts the iteration count (reducing it when it is too high, increasing it when it is too low).  This doesn't work perfectly.  Best suggestion I can offer for now is to load the problematic frame (first one with the issue), and increase iteration count manually, then render a new zoom out video from there, and rename the files afterwards... very awkward I know.

BUT: if the JPEGs are great and there is a problem only in the MovieMaker, then I think this might point to 1. a bug in the MovieMaker or 2. a bug in the way KF saves .kfb files (if this is what the MovieMaker is reading) or 3. both 1+2 bugs at the same time

I never used the MovieMaker so I can't help with that, sorry :(

Ah hey claude, Yeah in KF it looks fine, Jpegs are great so I'm guessing it’s to do with KeyFramesMovie, I'm guessing I can render the keyframes then go in and examine each frame till i find the problematic frame, however is there an alternative you would recommend to rending it all into video? since this is the only hurdle i've gotten stuck on.

I use my own zoom assembler, it's hard to use (command line only), and I've only tested it on Linux with NVIDIA evilblob driver...
https://code.mathr.co.uk/mightymandel/blob/8f45039d55408902d0d0c2723ed27fce65e10f14:/extra/zoom.c

I think there are various alternative MovieMakers out there, too - thinking of one that does 3D effects, for example.

My favorite zoom video maker (it only creates PNG sequences) is SeryZone's kfb map visualiser.  It's hard to use because of the very not-intuitive interface though.
http://www.fractalforums.com/announcements-and-news/sft-map-visualizer/
With this tool you can create PNG images from KFB maps and use them as keyframes with the other tool fractal video maker.
Use fractal video maker to interpolate extra png files, for example 60 between each keyframe for a 60 fps zoom video at a speed of 1 zoom per second. (where by "zoom" I mean an increase in  magnification by a factor 2, which is the recommended zoom size in kalles fraktaler)

Because of the way the fractal video maker works I could use it to make deep dream zoom videos from keyframes rendered by completely different software:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9OuuwL0EnE
(Mandelbrot zoom frames post-processed with DeepDream effect)
You can use it with PNG files from any source.

ah sounds interesting, I sadly cant download them for some reason, the video maker looks useful since KF can also export as png and such

Fractal video maker is one of SeryZone's programs for which the download links are indeed apparently dead...
I uploaded them to mega:
SeryZone Utilities (SFT Map Visualiser).rar   1.8 MB

This also includes a document with information on how to use the programs.
