ok, is there a way to do this in the windows command line (the first way (Tile rendering)) because bash does not working on my computer.
-and is this for kfb files too?

I'm not sure how potent the Windows CLI has meanwhile become, but you can use Bash on Windows by installing Cygwin. You just need to get used to the different representation of paths - for example, your C:\ directory is found under: /cygdrive/c/

sorry I don't know CMD or PowerShell

if the real goal is for supersampling anti-aliasing of a reasonable size image, rather than an enormous aliased image, maybe there is a different way: enable reuse reference, enable jitter by setting the jitter seed non-zero, set zoom size to 1, and render a zoom out. this should render images indefinitely, with the jitter seed incremented by 1 each frame (so all the images will be slightly different).  then blend all the resulting RGB images together.  you will need to stop KF manually once you have enough images to reach your desired quality.  note: this method still will recalculate the series approximation each frame (using 1 thread) which is not optimal; however tiled rendering will recalculate the reference each tile too, which is worse...

you can save multiple formats including kfb (but exr is recommended for iteration data unless you need to interoperate with legacy software)
see kf.exe --help for your version or https://mathr.co.uk/kf/manual.html#command-line-usage for last release

Recommended if final image is less than 666megapixels is to render tiles to EXR, assemble to 1 image with exrtactile, then convert to kfb with kf.exe --load-map in.exr --save-map out.kfb

If final image is larger than 666megapixels you may need specialized software, EXR does support it but other formats might struggle.

OpenCL GPU error on GeForce RTX 3060 Ti:

Code: [Select]
<kernel>:384:45: error: 'long long' type is not supported
  return fe_pow(fe_floatexp(exp(a.val), 0), 1ULL << a.exp);

Is this a fundamental GPU problem that will not be fixed (if so there should be a "sorry, wrong GPU" msg) or is support for said GPU planned and it's still beta?

Probably a simple oversight due to inadequate testing on my side. Thanks for the bug report!
EDIT fixed in git, long long is unnecessarily long as OpenCL long (just one long) is 64bit already.

as requested I made the Newton zooming dialog more compact

widgets are dis/enabled to show whether they will have any effect (relative vs absolute, custom vs preset), which hopefully provides a measure of discoverability to how it works, in addition to the tooltips which are still there
