Version 1.0.1 released. https://www.maths.town/after-effects-plugins/kfmoviemaker

Fixed bug causing soft images, the output should now be much sharper.

- "Frame by Frame" each frame is generated with no image caching (slow).  Will cause twinkling in high frequency areas (areas where the iteration count is changing very quickly).
In my work-in-progress zoom interpolator I use multiple samples for anti-aliasing when colouring frame-by-frame.  This is all in one OpenGL shader, so shouldn't slow down much if you have a good GPU, it's probably limited by memory bandwidth (not optimized yet).  Depending on input/output resolution (they can be different) using 10-100 samples should be enough to avoid twinkling.  I used 32 in my latest video which wasn't quite enough at some points.  The samples are offset by a pseudo-random hash function of the fragment coordinates and sample index.  The texture filters for the raw data are set to nearest neighbour to avoid weirdness.  You can check the details here (subject to change, very early days): https://code.mathr.co.uk/zoom/blob/651c2a3dcd34000ae1ac991df94e0174770bda93:/zoom_interpolate_gl4_frag.glsl#l19

This is actually pretty cool, I'll be interested to see how it goes.  In particular the OpenGL performance (my rendering is pretty slow).

FWIW, I've been getting great results with "Angle Only" slopes (ie ignore this distance component when doing the slopes calculation).  So easy, and tt creates a cool 3D look. It will be nice to do this with the analytic data when I get a chance.

I have made a list of videos according to algorithm: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Fractals/kallesfraktaler#KFMovieMaker

@saka
The image is inspired by great technique used by saka in KFMovieMaker[2] and his videos
