The Mandelbox morphs to the sounds of the Monks of Sphere Inks. Two electronic tunes back to back, for an EDM double header.

Here was a simple Mandelbox with the keyframes set to 500 images per keyframe, and then using Optical Flow on parts slowed down to 25%. Lots of cool morphings and some stutters. But pretty cool as proof of principle. Cheers!

Steve, one of your very best!  :clapping:
Excellent combination of sound and vision, love the 'futuristic' dynamics!

Thanks, Sabine! This was just something I dashed off quickly on a PC that was sitting idly by--my slowest video card. But I hated to see it sit idly and punched in some quick settings, set it to 500 frames per keyframe (default is 100) and just let it run. And then slowed parts of it down with Optical Flow and was quite surprised how it came out. But that's how we discover new cool things and I'm going to do more. In fact, this was barely half the frames that came out--I have Spherical Cubes II coming out later tonight or tomorrow!

Cheers and thanks!

That's cool Steve. Using Optical Flow with fractals works really well. Don't fully understand how it's done but Premier delivers the goods
