Fractalforums

The Chaos Forges of Hephaestus craft the weapons of the gods, and sparkle and shine with the flames of the fractal foundries. Music is my original tune "Binary Fusion," for piano and orchestral strings.

Made with Mandelbulber version one (use version two!).

This is without using volumetric lighting natively within Mandelbulber, and instead is applied during post production in Adobe Premiere.

Also made with version one Mandelbulber OpenCl (1.21). The MirrorBox was laboriously copied and pasted from the measuring tool pane back to the primitive pane, for each axis, times 35 keyframes. Don't try this at home, kids! Use version two! But I had the scene from 2 years ago done in HD and wanted a 4K version. The volumetric version without the mirrorbox is a couple of weeks to months away. Cheers!

Nice video with nice music

Beautiful imagery, Steve, and this version of the song is fantastic! 

Thank you, Sabine and Mfcc64! I enjoyed playing with the lights, and the volumetric version is still cooking. But this version came out better than I hoped in the transition from HD to 4K.
