Fractal Theme contest of the month, March 2020

The theme is chosen by the winner of the month March,3DickUlus and the new theme for April is "Season"
...as in Spring Summer Fall Winter, an image that reminds you of your favourite season

Have fun!

The rules:
-Only pure fractal renders with basic post editing allowed (like contrast, saturation..)
 - 2D and 3D fractals are allowed, but only one entry a member.  (for now)
 - The winner may choose the next months topic (own idea or chosen from "contest ideas"-thread.)
 - To participate, just post in this thread and attach the image to your post. (don't use the gallery)
Please give it a good name, good resolution and add interesting info like software/formula used, parameter sharing is very welcome!

The other rules are the same as with the normal Image of the month contest.
In short:

We start the first day of the month, participate, during this time you can even change entry, whatever, until the end of the 14th of the month.  (A'dam time: Check your local time here:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/netherlands/amsterdam
Any entry after midnight will be removed without warning, even if the topic was not locked at the time. (my fault but I can't sit every month waiting till midnight) So midnight the 14th, no later.
Voting is allowed the entire period,  until the end of the 27th of the month. Same thing, no votes after midnigth the 27th.
On the 28th the winners will be announced and their fractals will have a place in the Gallery of Honor.
https://fractalforums.org/index.php?action=gallery;cat=27

This is still in a trial period, so this is not final.  Improvements will follow along the way.
Feel free to share your ideas with the FF-team, on the discussion thread. https://fractalforums.org/fractal-image-of-the-month/70/fractal-image-of-the-month-discussion-thread/150/

Above all, let's have some fun and please join the contest for "Eternal Honor and Glory "  ;)

First out of the gate... this reminded me of "The Wall" in G.O.T.

Spring is here!

Created with Infinity Fractal.
I've tried to represent some elements of nature in this one. Trees, tree rings, grass and flowers. Oh, and a blueish tint for the sky.

Spring on Europa.

Seasons Meeting.

This is an image of the regular Mandelbrot set, with some very specific coloring to match the theme.
Colored using mostly a Triangle Inequality Average algorithm, with distance estimation blended in to provide some highlighting.
The gradient used by the TIA function is built from four pre-built 'season' gradients which have been blended based on screen angle and distance from the center.

My entry: "Springtime in the wetlands, drone view"  Is made with Jux software.

In springtime all what seemed like a barren and dead landscape, suddenly like with a magic wand, will turn green again. Just a bit of water, and some sunshine and all looks green and fresh and new. I love the smell of the new green, and the brightness in colors of this season.
This is a view taken by a drone up high over the fractal wetlands. All green, and very much alive again.  ;)

Airships Play in the Snow.

A winter theme, of sorts.

Ultra Fractal.
The formula is a mandelbox hack.

Into the fold - Spring 2020

It so happens I'm doing a spring confinement series, so this image among others was a difficult choice...
