Fractal Theme contest of the month, July 2020
The theme is chosen by the winner of the month , June.  The new theme for July  is 'Fire and Ice'

Have fun!

The rules:
-Only pure fractal renders with basic post editing allowed (like contrast, saturation..)
 - 2D and 3D fractals are allowed, but only one entry a member.
 - The winner may choose the next months topic (own idea or chosen from "contest ideas"-thread.)
 - To participate, just post in this thread and attach the image to your post. (don't use the gallery)
Please give it a good name, and add interesting info, like software/formula used, parameter sharing is very welcome! Use a good resolution but remember the max. size allowed. 3840x3840  Max  filesize: 5.01MB
If it is too big, I have to rescale the image to upload it to the winners gallery. It is better that you do it yourself (quality etc).
Voting is allowed the entire period, even change your vote until the end of the 27th of the month. But, no votes after midnight the 27th.  Please vote for each entry once, either bronze, silver or gold.

The other rules are the same as with the normal Image of the month contest. In short:
We start the first day of the month, participate, during this time you can even change entry, whatever, until the end of the 14th of the month.  (A'dam time: Check your local time here:
Any entry after midnight will be removed without warning, even if the topic was not locked at the time. (my fault, but I can't sit every month waiting till midnight) So midnight the 14th, no later.
Voting is allowed the entire period,  until the end of the 27th of the month. Same thing, no votes after midnight the 27th.  Please vote for each entry, bronze, silver or gold.
On the 28th the winners will be announced and their fractals will have a place in the Gallery of Honor.;cat=27

Feel free to share your ideas with the FF-team, on the discussion thread.  (please not here) Or send me a PM.

Above all, let's have some fun and please join the contest for "Eternal Honor and Glory "  ;)

The one that started the Fragmentarium snippets board... but you really have to see it moving to appreciate the nuances...

...fragments attached. edit: is fire fractal? if this doesn't meet the criteria I will remove it from the contest, it uses "Classic-Noise.frag" to generate the flames by deforming a sphere.

The ice has nearly become surrounded; it is almost over.

Triple matchmaker without stable attractors.
