"Unread posts" takes you to the beginning of the tread which has unread posts instead of to the unread post.
The emailed notification links work correctly.

 "Unread posts" takes you to the main section no matter what "Topic" you are currently viewing.
To get to the most recent post in a topic, as Anon pointed out, you need to click the Last Post button.

"Unread posts" is working as expected.

Thanks, never noticed that button. Note that in "Recent Posts" the behavior is different and more logical to me; clicking on a thread in the list takes you to most recent post in thread.

It does but it turns several GUI components yellow too, ( ???), so I think I'll stick with the arrow for now.
