some forum problems

I founded some bugs in this site:
1 - exists few images whick automatically been saved as SVG file and not PNG, that seem to be corrupted, more than at corrupted suffixed "JPG-THUMB" and "PNG-THUMB" etc
2 - sometimes, FRACTALFORUMS loading page in basic HTML.

Must fix those bugs! Else this forum may become unresponsive with errors "SMF too busy" and "maintenance mode" as soon as the servers would be down for maintenance.

I'm very sorry that must write a report, I sincerelly dislike to make complaints.
