(Problem) Attached files can't be uploaded

I can select which file to attach,but they can't be uploaded.I don't know whether it's because of the blocked network in the place I live,or the problems with the forum.Since I am going to participate the monthly contest,hope that the problem will be fixed.

edit: works fine here and we havent yet received other complaints like this. so it looks like the problem is caused on your end. what do you mean with "blocked network in the place where I live"?

I just meant that we can't access many foreign websites in my country normally...And thank you for noticing my report...
