Hi
I have another suggestion.
I would like  the "Save Metadata" option was ticked by default or either an option in Permanent settings to always save metadata when saving an image.
Some times I save an image with the intention of working on it later or render it in higher resolution and then I find that I had not saved its parameters.
Oh, and I have added these last days some more fractals made with Pagoda to my DeviantArt page: there are 26 fractals now!

It will come with the next release.

^^; It seems you forgot to add this feature in the new version.
There is here a new fractal made with L Pagoda.

Not really. But I decided not to add separate options, but to include it in the Startup Options. I hope this is sufficient for you.

New release: 1.1.0.0

This is a major update, because  scripting is a powerful new feature.

Changes: The checkboxes for Autosave and Save Metadata are now included in the Startup Options
New: Scripting engine added. See Scripting.txt and Script_syntax.txt for details

The program is now in the download section here, with links to both versions (32 and 64 bit).

By the way, it's a very fine image, with certain similarity to this one (Javascript and cookies required).

I think it can work for me that way of having checked the save parameters.
Lots of good Lyapunov images in that gallery of yours.
Scripting is a feature I won't use. I would need to learn to write scripts. Too much for my little brain.

One thing I notice is that after scripting ran and it is closed, the program let the old values (before scripting) on box, but if you start rendering it use the scripting one. The same occurs when the image/parameter will be saved, it use the scripting adress to save.
Suggestions (take what you want, discart the rest):
1) If possible do more scripting examples (how to change sequence, colors, etc), because I have just basic programation's knowloge and is easier to change part of code instead of start a new one.
2) Put the number before the formula (1 - 13)
3) The "0" let to scripting use, by means that when 0 is choosen on scripting, the program ignore the build in formulas and use a script one. Inside the script it will be able to use other mathematical functions, expoents, etc. (if you are interested see what superheal did on Fractal Zoomer - all that variables, constants and trigonometric functions could be used on function and exponent box)
Thanks again.

Yes, this is covered in Script_syntax.txt:

"Second, it updates the visible content of Edit1, whereas changing the "warmup" variable does not update it. This is a general pattern: Changing a global variable does not affect its corresponding visible control element in the GUI."

If you want the actual image parameters to be displayed in the main window, you have to consequently use the controls (edits, checkboxes and comboboxes) instead of the global variables.

The same occurs when the image/parameter will be saved, it use the scripting adress to save.

This is also covered in Script_syntax.txt (I think you should read it some day  ;D):

"Note that when a script is finished, Lyapunov Pagoda doesn't return automatically to the unique MD5 filenames. To achieve this, place  OverrideFilenames := false  at the end of your script."

Okay, there will be more examples.

2) Put the number before the formula (1 - 13)

I will add the numbers, but the index of the "formula" variable runs from 0 to 12, not from 1 to 13, and this will be displayed in the menu, too. Different numbers in the menu and in the scripts would be too confusing.

I will look into this, but I'm not sure if I will implement it. If I will, it will take some time. But there will be a minor update in a few days with your other suggestions.

"I think you should read it some day"
I agree with you :)

How about to put a shortcut to "Set Back"?

Today I posted some images at my gallery:

Some private matters are causing a delay, but the minor update will come in one or two weeks.
